Anda House, located in the well-established St Mellons Business Park, offers fully managed office spaces with communal breakout areas and a dedicated car park. The primary goal of this project was to significantly reduce the building's carbon footprint and align with broader sustainability objectives.


Objectives


To achieve the sustainability goals, an on-roof solar system was installed. This system harnesses solar energy, reducing the building's dependence on traditional, non-renewable energy sources. The implementation of this solar system highlights Anda House as a pioneering example for other businesses aiming to positively impact the environment.

Nuvolt's expert team of installers undertook the installation process, ensuring the project was completed to the highest standards, ensuring a seamless process for Anda House.


The project was meticulously planned and executed in phases, primarily during off-peak hours, to accommodate the tenants' schedules.

  • Public access points were kept clear and unobstructed to ensure the safety and convenience of tenants during scaffolding and installation activities.
