Anda House
Rooftop solar helping Anda House reduce energy costs and improve environmental performance.
Reducing energy costs and improving building sustainability
Anda House wanted to reduce the building's carbon footprint and improve long-term environmental performance. The objective was to introduce renewable energy generation that would lower reliance on grid electricity while supporting wider sustainability goals for the site.

Rooftop solar designed around the building
Nuvolt designed and installed a 33.3 kWp rooftop solar PV system at Anda House. The project was carefully planned around tenant requirements, with installation works phased to minimise disruption while maximising the use of available roof space and on-site energy generation.
- 33.3 kWp rooftop solar PV installation
- Designed to maximise on-site renewable generation
- Delivered with minimal disruption to tenants
- Supported by ongoing monitoring and maintenance
Lower costs. Lower emissions. Measurable results.
The completed system generates approximately 46.87 MWh of renewable electricity annually, helping reduce energy costs and reliance on grid power. The project delivers annual carbon savings of approximately 24.8 tonnes CO₂e while achieving an estimated payback period of just three years.
